The Rotary Club of Colleyville – Who We Support
The Rotary Club of Colleyville is proud to partner with and support several local and international organizations and projects.
We are a 501c3 organization affiliated with Rotary International.
Local Projects

One of our primary causes is the Grapevine Colleyville Education Foundation. In total, we have contributed over $160,000 to the Grapevine-Colleyville Education Foundation, making us its all-time leading donor.
Locally, Colleyville Rotary also supports the Colleyville Police and Fire Departments and the Colleyville Public Library Foundation.
Our club volunteers to assist the Immunization Collaboration of Tarrant County. We collect used eyeglasses for the Alcon Medical Missions Program to be distributed to those in need in third world countries.
Additionally, we collect used hearing aids to be reconditioned for the use of the underprivileged by the Callier Center for Communication Disorders at the University of Texas at Dallas.
We also partner with our local Boy Scout troops to display American Flags across the community on national holidays; as well as support local Eagle Scout projects.
Rise Against Hunger, Colleyville
We work with the Colleyville United Methodist Church to sponsor an annual Rise Against Hunger campaign. Last year we prepared and shipped over 11,000 meals to families around the world.
Polio Plus – Eradicating Polio
Polio Plus is Rotary’s on-going campaign to eradicate polio. Teaming with the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control, UNICEF, national governments and organizations such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, we are on the verge of eradicating this crippling disease.
International Projects

Through Rotary International and the Rotary Foundation, our club also benefits other important causes.
We provide scholarships through various programs such as Rotary Inter-country Teacher Exchange, Rotary Youth Exchange, and the 4-Way Test Speech Contest.
We are proud to support several international humanitarian projects such as the Rotary End Polio Now project, the Clean Water Initiative, the Honduras Water Filter Project, and the Wheelchair Project in Leon, Mexico.
